"Helping to solve problems and transform lives"
Our advice is free and available to anyone who needs it. Clients do not need to make any financial contribution towards the costs of delivering our services.
Citizens Advice Edinburgh is a registered charity; we rely on fundraised income, from trusts, grants and donations in carrying out our work in the Edinburgh community.
Our 120+ volunteers give over 80,000 hours of unpaid service each year providing free advice and information in Edinburgh.
Without your help we cannot provide the advice and assistance our clients desperately need. 100% of every donation goes to fund front-line service, including operational costs such as volunteer expenses and training materials.
All donations – of any size – make a real difference.
Citizens Advice Edinburg’s Client:
“It is only through having come into direct contact with CAE that I’ve realized it’s a voluntary organisation and I’ve begun to appreciate the tremedous amount of good work you do.”
How Your Donation Will be Used
Your donation will be used to support our frontline advice services and volunteer advisers in providing practical help and support to people in need.
This includes running our bureaux. Other costs we have to meet include our IT and phone systems, postage and stationary, heating, lighting and volunteer training.
